It’s somewhat of a surprising pick. The former top 100 recruit is headed to the Division II ranks. He’ll play for Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. The news was broken by Bill Greene of Scout.com.Former Canton McKinley and Ohio State athlete Eric Glover-Williams is headed to Slippery Rock to continue his career. Former 4-star that can play either side of the football. #THEROCK pic.twitter.com/BiWVdp86qB— Bill Greene (@BillBankGreene) May 27, 2018Glover-Williams played this past season for East Mississippi Community College. The former four-star recruit was highly pursued coming out of high school. He was a consensus top 100 recruit, but failed to crack the top of the depth chart at Ohio State. Some projections had him ending up at Kentucky, but he appears to have chosen Slippery Rock instead.Best of luck to Eric moving forward.
